2.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, as crystals, gemstones are natural products, variations in colour, size, shape, and texture may occur.
2.2 Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
2.3 Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before the energising or dispatch process begins. Once the preparation of a custom or energised product has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Pricing & Payments
3.1 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
3.2 We accept payments through secure gateways including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other digital payment options.
3.3 In case of pricing errors or discrepancies on our website, we reserve the right to correct the price and update or cancel affected orders with prior notification.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Domestic & International Shipping: We ship throughout India and offer international delivery subject to courier availability.
4.2 Delivery Timelines:

4.3 Delays & Lost Shipments: We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs procedures, or unforeseen external factors (force majeure events).
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. Proof of issue (photos or unboxing video) is required.
5.2 Non-Returnable Items: Products that are personalised, custom-made, or energised are non-returnable and non-refundable.
5.3 Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method. Deductions may apply as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5.4 Exchange Policy: Exchanges are only provided for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability and approval.
