Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Numbers & Destiny, every gemstone, and product is carefully cleansed and personally energised after your order is placed. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept general returns. However, we offer exchanges and replacements under specific conditions to ensure your satisfaction.
1. Exchanges & Replacements
Exchange Window
You may request an exchange or replacement within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made beyond this period cannot be processed due to the customised preparation of each item.
Condition of Items
To qualify for an exchange or replacement, items must meet the following criteria:

Must be unused and in original packaging

Must include all certificates and accessories originally provided
Mandatory Proof
A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package is mandatory for all exchange or replacement claims. Claims submitted without this video will not be accepted.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund
The following are not eligible for exchange or refund:

Change of mind or personal preference

Natural variations in colour, texture, or size of crystals

Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

Products exposed to water, chemicals, or mishandling

Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product’s quality
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only accepted before the product has been energised or dispatched.
Once the preparation process has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of the company.
If a refund is approved, the following deductions will apply:

6% payment processing fee

Forward and return shipping charges

₹99 for energising and crystal discardation
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Provided
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Package lost in transit (a replacement will be provided)

Delivery refused or cancelled at the doorstep

Return due to incorrect shipping address or recipient unavailability

Product returned in a used or damaged condition

Packaging damage that does not affect the quality of the product
6. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange or replacement:

7. Complaint Resolution Timelines
