  • Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to factors such as location, courier performance, weather conditions, or logistical delays.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

5.2 Lost or Missing Deliveries

  • If your order is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, you must report it to us within 48 hours.

  • We will investigate with the courier service, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

6. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

7.1 If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item re-shipped.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
